Of course we are always happy to receive instructions on properties to sell. We will come to see your property and advise you on its saleability in current market conditions, and its likely value. If you are selling this is part of our service. If you need an official valuation for your bank, insurance company or probate, we can do this for you although it does incur a cost.

If you decide to entrust the sale to us, you will benefit from our personal service. Your property would be posted on this website, which is registered with search engines, and advertised regularly in publications such as 'French Property News'. We also have links to agencies in the UK.

If you have a property available for short term rents, we can help you find clients. This service is primarily for furnished rentals, from weekly summer holiday rentals to longer lets, and is operated outside the scope of the agency on a paid advertisement basis.

You send us an email with your contact details and a description of your property with a selection of low resolution JPEG photographs for us to publish on the site. We pass on any contacts that we receive, and you organise the booking directly with our clients.

Under this service we do not offer a management or changeover service, and we do not issue rental agreement contracts. You are responsible for vetting and looking after the tenants we find for you.

As an optional additional service we will visit your property to prepare a description and take the photographs for you. The fee for this will be £100 plus travelling expenses. (We will send our nearest agent in the area to keep the expenses to a minimum!)

Advertising costs £100 per annum per property, this sum normally being paid upon submission of your property to the site. We are however currently offering a special offer whereby the payment is deferred until such time as the site achieves its first booking request for you from one of our clients!

Payments are acceptable in sterling or euro equivalent made payable to Midi Maisons Ltd.
