Agence Globe Immo has been in business since 2001, and is run by Chris Plews. The company is based at Toulouse and we serve both the French domestic market and the market for buyers outside of France. Chris, amongst other things, has qualified as a solicitor in England and holds a real estate licence in France (the carte professionelle). As well as the activity at Toulouse there is a network of agents in various departments, each of whom is an agent commercial.

Right now we are looking for individuals who wish to work with us as an agent commercial .

What is an agent commercial?

An agent commercial is :

entitled to market and sell properties anywhere in metropolitan France
an independent business person whose income is based on the commissions earned
registered for tax and administration purposes

It is worth remembering that a person who is in the business of selling properties without being registered is committing a criminal offence. We take this very seriously and respect all the relevant legislation.
